Rastogi Skills is dedicated to uplifting most vulnerable, last line and rural communities through free, high-quality vocational training. We are committed to creating pathways to employment and entrepreneurship for youth, women, and vulnerable populations across the country.
With a vision to build an Aatmanirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliant India), Rastogi Skills partners with various Central and State Government skill initiatives to provide industry-aligned training that bridges the gap between education and employment. Our programs focus on practical, hands-on learning in high-demand sectors, ensuring our trainees are job-ready from day one.
Operating in 8 Indian states—including Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, and Tripura—we have established a strong network of training centers that serve even the most remote areas. To date, we have:
Trained over 10,000 youth
Facilitated job placements for more than 7,000 individuals
Our approach goes beyond training. We offer career counseling, placement support, life skills, and soft skills development to help individuals become not just skilled workers, but confident, self-reliant citizens.
